Cornerstone Version 1.3.3

I am new to wordpress and x and Cornerstone.
I had a friend do my site and I am updating my site.
Cornerstone sometimes is just blank. I upgraded and paid but it is not working!

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

Hi There,

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Hi, Well this seems to be a bit confusing! Where is this done? Through Go Daddy C-Panel or through the WordPress Dashboard. Will it fix my issue with cornerstone.

I work on my desktop computer during the day and my laptop at night. Cornerstone does not work on either.

I can’t find anywhere where it says /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Like I said I am new to WordPress but not new to computers.
I have found the files for wp-config in cpanel. Not sure what to do from here.

I have spent a few days on this so It would be nice to have a clearer answer to fix cornerstone.
