thelistenerParticipantHi there! I am trying to update X on http://markley-construction.com and keep getting the same error: “An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.”
I revoked the license for the development site: remindworks.com/markley (per some other support threads), but it’s still not working.
What am I doing wrong? I’ll update this thread with a private reply with the login credentials.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! You’re using an older version of X theme and we have changed the validation process in the later versions, so now you don’t need to create an API key and you just need to provide the purchase code to validate.
Please update your theme & plugins manually and then you can validate your site to get the future updates (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/).
Hope that helps.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates. Please revalidate your site. You can do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Product Validation and revoke the validation
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Product Validation again, and insert the license code as the API keyAnd please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Hope this helps.
