R_M_AgencyParticipantHi guys,
I’m running Version: 4.6.2 of your theme and need to update the VC plugin, but the update fails every time I try to do it.
Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Christian.September 8, 2016 at 9:46 am #1166492

R_M_AgencyParticipantHey There,
As mentioned above, i’m already running Version: 4.6.2 !
So the link above is not really any help.
What is the latest version of Visual Composer that’s compatible with your theme?
My gallery image do not display, however, when I click on the FooBox lightbox they open and display fine.
If I deactivate the FooBox plugin, the images will still not display.
Thanks.

NicoModeratorHi There,
The latest version of Visual composer or other plugins compatible with X theme.
Can be found here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/
Update your visual composer to the latest version. Updating guide: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
You can also remove the plugin then reinstall it again using the X adds on.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

LelyModeratorHi Christian,
When I check that page, it seems that Essential Grid is broken. I did try to create a draft page to test: EG Test. I have added Custom Headline and Essential Grid. It is really not displaying properly. When I check the source code, the element is there. There must be some conflict that is causing this. You do have a lot of plugins. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Before disabling caching plugin, please note to purge/delete cache and then check again. Do let us know how this goes.
