Matt VParticipantWe have been running X 3.2.5 and the most up to date version of WordPress with no issues until today when our site stopped working and is now showing a 502 Bad Gateway error.
We had been hesitant to update the site in the first place since we built it using x-shortcodes and you made the change to Cornerstone.
I have a few questions:
1) Is there a reason why this 502 Gateway Error may have started? I am running the site on WPEngine and up to now they can’t figure out the problem.
2) Once this has been fixed, can I update to the newest version of X without my site breaking? What are the common issues when upgrading from 3.2.5 to 4+?

Matt VParticipantHi Rahul – Thanks for that response and that is helpful for my 2nd question. But currently I can’t even access my site due to the 502 Gateway Error. Is that somethign you are familiar with or can help me figure out as it has never happened before but I see other posts on the forum saying it happend to them as well.

FriechModeratorHi There,
I can access the site just fine on my end, please clarify where we can see the error.
In the meantime, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.
