    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! It seems the CSS isn’t loading. You may need to update your Child Theme. There was a change released in February about it.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates! Do you have some customizations in your old child theme? Please copy all your customizations to the new child theme. Or you can simply do the quick fix stated in the topic (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/child-theme-updates/) in your old child theme so that you can still have all your customizations for your site. Just choose which one is easier for you.
