DarshanaModeratorHi there,
I have resolved your issue and installed the latest version of X compatible Revolution Slider for you. Now you should be able to import your backup sliders and move forward.
Let us know if you have any other issues.
Thanks!May 17, 2016 at 2:23 pm #996027
jboon321ParticipantThank you.
All is working fine. I guess I should ask what the issue was in case it happens again on a future update?

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
When I checked your site, I saw that there were files remained in the revolution slider plugin folder and that is why you couldn’t installed it.
Next time once you backup your sliders and delete revolution slider, you can make sure that the plugin folder is deleted by connecting to your FTP account (“/wp-content/plguins/revslider/”).
Hope that helps.
