    Hi X-Theme-team,

    Update “WPBakery Visual Composer” Version 4.12.1 doesn’t work.

    I updated WordPress 4.6.1.

    Hello Sarah,

    Thanks for writing in! The latest Visual Composer version supported in X is up to 4.12 only. You can check out the version compatibility here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/. We haven’t push the latest version in our plugin repository server. Please keep in mind that since this plugin is bundled in X, we are the one who are providing the updates and that your WP installation should connect to our plugin repository. You must validate X to be able to connect to the server. To know more how we utilized Visual Composer, please check out our knowledge base: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-visual-composer/
