r_c_ParticipantHi there. I am validated and the site is assigned (green unlocked padlocks in the dashboard etc) but I am still unable to auto update the theme and associated plugins.
Any help appreciated as I just get the “Update package not available” message.
Many thanks,
Richard.June 2, 2016 at 10:10 am #1022314

RahulModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in.
Would you mind revalidating your domain again. Revoke the license then assign again the Purchase ID you for the domain.
If still not working, you could try updating it manually. For guide, https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
After it is updated manually, please observe it until the next update if still the automatic update is not working please let us know.
Thank you so much for understanding.

r_c_ParticipantHi. I revoked it on my site and unassigned it in the theme.co license manager but when I try to add it back in wordpress I get the error “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”
Thanks,

RahulModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in. It look you have already used this for another site. Kindly check on your themeco account section and revoke if you find.
If you still can’t find this, you can share your purchase code in a private reply.
Cheers!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Using a test license code, I tried validating your site. It has successfully validated. You can check it in my screenshot (http://prntscr.com/bc44f2). Please re validate it again using your own license code. To be able to properly do that, please follow this steps:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

AlexanderKeymasterHi there,
I’ve been able to correct this, and I’ve updated your site to X 4.5.2. There was an issue in our validation system preventing your code from working, but I’ve been able to clear that up on your account. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

r_c_ParticipantFantastic, many thanks Alexander. All the plugins that accompany x theme seem to update properly as well now, great!
