Quick question:

On our newly made product pages there are some unknown scores (-) at the bottom of each page.

Does this mean we can add addition information/images in this section?

Hi There

Seems like you have a text widget on your footer.

As it also seems you are not using the widgets on your footer you can eliminate that whole area by going to Appearance / Customizer / Footer and disable to widgets area.

You will find your widgets at Appearance / Widgets on your Wp-Admin Dashboard

Thanks for updating. That’s already mentioned on previous reply. I am trying to be more specific. Go to Appearance > Widgets and check the Text widget at Footer 1.

Hi There,

I know where to find the widgets. When adding a text widget and update it, the text appears on EVERY page.

Thing is: this text only appears on the pages:

i Would like to know how i can either delete the text on these specific pages or even add some text if desired.

Hi there,

Upon checking, I see that you’re using very old version of X theme (v3.2.3). I would highly recommend to update your X theme and plugins. Before do that, please take a full backup.

Please refer to our update guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/).

Furthermore, X shortcodes plugin is deprecated and instead you will need to install our new page builder “Cornerstone” plugin (alternative to visual composer).
