    Hello I installed woocommerce using the x Addons menu, unfortunately, woocommerce isn’t really what I am looking for and when I tried to uninstall the way the documentation tells me to I get the following error.

    Would anyone be able to help me delete this plugin from my site please ?

    Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Background_Updater’ not found in /home/michaeljcl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-install.php on line 94

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! You can remove the folder woocommerce from /wp-content/plugins/ from FTP.
