Hi I’m trying to unassign one of two sites I have. I clicked on X next to the domain I want to unassign but I’m taken to the Xtheme home page and nothing happens. FYI, I’ve already taken off this domain from my hosting plan, and want to use this license on another site. Thanks so much for your help.

Thanks for your help but because I have a limited no of sites that can be hosted under my plan, I had to delete the WP account makotohirano.com from my hosting plan before I successfully revoked its liscense. I cannot get into its dashboard anymore. How can I revoke the X-theme liscense
from this deleted account (makotohirano.com) so that I can reassign it to another site (beastmedia.com). Thank you so much for your help.

Hi there,

As you have deleted the entire WordPress; you don’t need to revoke as there is no way. Let’s remove the site from Themeco account for now and add another domain to the license. Clicking on the cross should work fine and should not take to Themeco home page as you mentioned. Kindly try again from a different browser.

I’ve tried this with three different browsers.
