    Hi guys, I’m on my second license.

    I set up a new webpage http://www.5elevenmedia.com for a marketing agency, but it only shows up on my network. otherwise theres a “coming soon” page.

    why is this?

    also it wont let me validate my theme. I uploaded the previous zip and customized the site while I waited for my first payment. After my client paid, I bought another license and tried to validate it but i keep getting this error:

    Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

    Thanks for writing in! This seems to be a connection issue, please read and follow this post https://community.theme.co/kb/connection-issues/

    You won’t see your page when you’re not login because you have a Coming Soon plugin enabled.

    I managed to validate your site by simply adding the purchase code to the Addons section.

    Yes it helps, but I don’t understand why it didn’t work when I simply added the purchase code in the Addons section.

    Hi jelisa,

    Hard to tell, If you didn´t do any changes on your hosting settings, probably something network related.

    I Just placed the code and hit Enter, nothing else.

    Let us know if you need help with anything else.
