quartusParticipantHi, I posted this problem a few days ago in another post. Can someone please help me get this resolved. The admin had asked me to provide my username and password so they could go in and fix it. I did this but the issues is still not resolved. please help! After entering my purchase code and hitting enter I get a “could not connect to host” error.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– License keyDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Thanks for updating. Could you remove this from Themeco account and assign the site again? Then try to validate.
If the issue still persist then follow this – https://community.theme.co/kb/connection-issues/
You might need to contact your host to check some settings. Follow the format given on the bottom of the page to ask for help from your hosting provider.
