    Hello,

    I transferred the website to a new host and asked them to add an exception so xtheme can be validated. However, I am still not able to validate it. I think that the firewall rule they added is not the correct one. Can you please tell me what they have to allow, so I do not get this error anymore: “cURL error 56: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT”?

    See the “Contact your host” section to ask your hosting provider to open the cURL.

    Hi There,

    Please confirm to your host that cURL support for PHP is installed/enabled on your server. And allow_url_fopen is enabled.
