Genna RParticipantI’m trying to validate my X theme license in the wp admin area, but it says that this license had been used before and I need to update my account settings and assign to a respective domain name within the Themeco account. I did that but it still does not work and I am not able to use all the features of the x theme.
I have uploaded and validated the same theme/license previously on a different subdomain but I did not end up building a site there.
Can anyone help?
Please, reply to this post and I will provide my purchase code, url of the site, ftp credentials etc via a private reply.

Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Let us know how it goes.

I am not able to revoke the validation for the sub-domain that I previously installed x theme as the whole account is deleted, theme uninstalled etc.
I was able to reassign the license in my themeco account but I cannot still validate the license on my new site on wp admin area.
I am getting an new error message that says “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”
Just an hour ago it was accepting the purchase code but indicating that it has been used on a different site, but now it does not accept it all.
Would you please help.

Genna RParticipantI have been trying again and again and it worked now. I was able to register my license.
