    Hi there!
    I just purchased and downloaded another copy of X-Theme, however when I go to use my purchase code, I get the error that appears in the first screen shot.
    When I click on details, I get the second screen shot and there is apparently no way to close that dialogue box – it requires a refresh to clear it.

    Please advise.

    It may be worth mentioning that I thought perhaps I had it add the purchase code and site name into my account here at Theme.co, so I did that but the issue still persisted.

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. We can try from our end. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase Key

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
