    Hi,
    I’m not able to validate my license. I’ve added to my account and assigned the production website and staging website. The server is pointing to the staging website that is working properly. When I try to validate my website I get this error “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details” and this is displayed when I click on details:

    array(6) {
    [“headers”]=>
    object(Requests_Utility_CaseInsensitiveDictionary)#390 (1) {
    [“data”:protected]=>
    array(4) {
    [“date”]=>
    string(29) “Mon, 05 Sep 2016 21:46:32 GMT”
    [“server”]=>
    string(58) “Apache/2.4.16 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4”
    [“content-length”]=>
    string(3) “491”
    [“content-type”]=>
    string(29) “text/html; charset=iso-8859-1”
    }
    }
    [“body”]=>
    string(491) ”

    The error seems to happen no matter what I input as a license code so I’m not sure what the issue is.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! The most common issue would be that you may have not installed CURL on your server (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/regarding-404-errors-when-unable-to-validate/).

    For more debug options, please refer to our knowledge base section here (https://community.theme.co/kb/connection-issues/).

    Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you! It was a cURL issue. I didn’t realize I had not install the php7.0-curl package.
