    Hi. I’m trying to validate my X on the WordPress dashboard but keep getting this message when entering my Envato purchase code:

    “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an X purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

    Note, this is my second purchase/license and I had no trouble validating the first one using the same method.

    When I enter it directly in Themeco, likewise I get the message: “Your code appears to be invalid. Please make sure you have entered the correct purchase code.”

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi,

    I’ve managed to verify/validate the license now using exactly the same procedure. Not sure what the issue was but I saw on another post on here that Themeforest apparently had a temporary issue so perhaps it was related to that.

    Anyway, no worries – thanks for your help.
