Hello-

I am unable to update X. I get this error: An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.

The theme has been purchased and validated, yet on the updates page it says to validate X for automatic updates. I’ve tried the ‘Check again’ option on the updates page.

This is the 11th X license that I’ve purchased and this is the 1st time I’ve had this problem.

I am having an issue too. My X License will not validate on my page even though it is being copied and pasted correctly on the correct URL (domain). The license key also has a %2B in it which seems odd, but even removing it does not work.

Thanks for writing in!
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

Hey Taylhis: Do you own 1 or two licenses? If you own two you will need to add your second license here: https://community.theme.co/users/taylhis/licenses/ – The license with the %2 was a duplicate which was not valid so I had to remove it.
