I know similar issues have been addressed several time already, but I can’t find anything that applies to what I’m experiencing.

Specifically, the theme seems to be validated, but the updates screen still asks me to validate the theme before trying to run the update. If I try to install the update, it fails, saying I don’t have the update package.

We transferred this site from one domain to another, meaning that there were temporarily two sites with the same validation code, but that one no longer exists, and there is no indication that the code had been invalidated (assuming that there would be some kind of error stating that the code was no longer valid). I am able to download the newest version, of course, but I would like to find out what the problem is so we can take advantage of the automatic updates in the future.
