saintpParticipantIn my dev environment, I updated to X theme version 4.5.2. Was excited to learn you all had added in Ubermenu!
However, on the X dashboard Addons page, when I click to install Ubermenu, I get an “Error encountered” message. And when I click “Details,” a blank modal appears.
So then I tried downloading the zip for version 4.5.2 thinking I could find Ubermenu as an addon zip and install it on its own; but I’m not seeing it in the 4.5.2 zip file.
Please help 🙂

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Please keep in mind that if you have validated your site, you can always install any bundled plugins in X Addons > Extensions. If in any case the site is not validated, you won’t be able to install any plugin or even update X and other bundled plugins.

It may appear that your site is validated but having this error as shown here (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/06/18023838/Ubermenu-install-error-2.png), maybe you have revoke the license from your account. Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
