    Hello,
    I have been try to upload the expanded Band theme and keep getting an error message, I am able to install the standard themes just fine. I have not installed the any expanded demoes yet, this is the first try, what should I do?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Are you trying to import the Band demo? Which error you are getting? You can try the troubleshooting part here – https://community.theme.co/kb/demo-content/

    I can see you are using a caching plugin. As your site is not ready yet; there is no point of using caching plugin during development because it might conflict on importing demo. Let’s deactivate such plugins and try again.
