    I’m getting an error when I am trying to install the Agency theme. It says Demo failed to finish importing. My Host has increased the file size limit and I have tried to clear the cache without luck. Any ideas?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi There,

    Thank you for the credentials, is it ok If we try to install the Agency demo on your site? This will overwrite your current customizer settings.

    In the meantime, please install the Slider Revolution under the Addons and deactivate the WP Super Cache plugin.

    It is ok to install the agency demo on the site.

    Hi There,

    After checking the site, it seems this is a server side issue, Please contact your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

    And confirm the following:

    – Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
– Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
– Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.
- Update PHP to version 6 as per WordPress Requirements
