dbrusveenParticipantI have spent many, many hours trying to get Cornerstone installed on my site with no luck. Initially, I got “This plugin does not have a valid header.” So, I went to the forums and tried to figure out a solution. I did the ftp method of deleting Cornerstone there and then re-installing it through my website. It said it was successful, but then when I went to leave that page, it said there was a fatal error, and I couldn’t get to anything. So, I went back and installed it in ftp, and it went back to how it initially was. Then I found a suggestion that the Contact Form 7(?) was causing a glitch with Cornerstone, so I deleted that and installed the previous version with no luck. The only other option that I saw was to delete my Visual Composer, but with no guarantee of a solution and needing my website to be up and running, I was too afraid to try that on my own. Please help! It appears that I have 4.0.5 for X, and WordPress is 4.2.2. I have no idea what shortcode plugin version I have.

ThaiModeratorHi There,
You couldn’t install the CornerStone plugin, because the cornerstone folder is existed.
After renamed this folder, I’ve successfully installed CornerStone plugin and also deactivated your X-Shortcodes plugin.
Please take a look at your website.
Regards!

dbrusveenParticipantIt looks like my struggles aren’t over yet. I went to start using Cornerstone today after you got it installed for me, and nothing happens when I try to drag elements into the sections. The background does not change to the diagonal lines when I pull and element over there as shown in the tutorial video. The background turns a lighter color, but nothing drops in. I badly need to make some necessary changes to my website, and I am completely frustrated with Cornerstone. Please help!
