I am trying to install the Agency Expanded Demo.

I have gone through threads and have done the following:

•I have purchased GoDaddy hosting, then immediately purchased X Theme, then immediately tried to install agency expanded demo. Got error message.
•Activated Slider Revolution
•Cornerstone is activated
•Demo content cache has been cleared with – &clean-cache

I’m not a developer and don’t have strong technical skills. Please help!

Directory & File Permissions – set to 777 (temporarily, just to see if it makes a difference)

On customer support call with GoDaddy: Does the theme need to be able to write to the WP admin and WP includes folders?

I’m on ‘managed wordpress’ hosting with GoDaddy and don’t have the rights to write to those folders. Could change hosting to C-panel if needed.

Please help! I’ve spent most of the day on this, trying to figure it out. It’s a new account with GoDaddy, with WP, and I just bought the X theme from themeco. GoDaddy has taken me as far as they can, and my internet has been stable. Please log in with the credentials I gave you and fix this. Thanks!

Called my hosting provider GoDaddy for a 3rd time. Somehow it started working…not clear how but thankful the marathon day is over and the extended demo is installed.
