Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for providing the information. I have tested to import the demo content and it throws in an error (http://prntscr.com/c8cjvh). This is timed out error. I ended up increasing PHP execution limit (http://stackoverflow.com/a/14290695).
After changing the limits, I successfully installed the Agency demo content. Please check it now.

JadeModeratorHi Tom,
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. Then retry to install the demo.
Let us know it goes.

tosahaParticipantI tried that but it’s still not working. I didn’t use https though since I don’t have an SSL certificate.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Upon inspecting your server setup, there are few possible issues which cause this.
First thing is that you’re running a PHP version of v5.2.17. WordPress recommends PHP v5.6.0 or above to avoid most of the incompatibility issues.
Then also mentioned in the above post, please ask your hosting provider to increase your PHP Max Script Execute Time to at least 300.
Then try to re-install your theme and then you should be able to generate demo content.
Hope that helps.

tosahaParticipantYup, that was it. My cPanel said I was running PHP 5.4 but I was really on 5.2. I switched to 5.4 in my PHP Configuration and I was able to generate the demo content.
Much obliged!
