Topic: Unable to install Add-ons after validation

Hi,
I have just validated my license for X theme but I am not able to install add-ons, for example Slider Revolution .
In the Add-ons home page, the add-on is not clickable.
I have attached a picture for your understanding.
I am using a local site, using WAMP.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are facing this but we won’t be able to check unless you move to a server where we can get access. Let us know if it’s possible to move it to a staging server.

The folder “themes\x\framework\plugins” contains only “cornerstone” plugin. Is this right?

I have solved the issue.
The problem is related to Internet Explorer 10.
I was not able to click on Install button available on Add-ons page: same behaviour when I visit my account page on Theme.Co and for example I try to click on Add Development Environment.
If I visit the site using Firefox I can installa add-ons…
