    Good afternoon,

    I am having a difficult time trying to import the Church demo. After it starts initializing, I get an error message that says “We’re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.”, and then it clears the screen. Also, when I tried to import the Band demo, it only imported a few things despite saying that it was complete.

    I have searched through and attempted the following fixes to no avail:

    clean-cache fix:
    url + &clean-cache

    and

    wp-config addition:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    WordPress: 4.5.3
    X Theme: 4.5.2
    Cornerstone: 1.2.4

    Hi Jeremy,

    This might be caused by simple connectivity issues or restrictive settings in your web host. Please ask them if they are restricting connection to Amazon S3 where are demo content are hosted.

    Their support says that they do not restrict connections.

    Is there anyway I can download the whole thing so as not to hold up workflow?
