    I am attempting to replace the mobile phone image in the Revolution slider, but each time I go to the slider I get a ‘page unresponsive wait/kill’ window. I have tried to edit the slider in an “incognito” page, with the same result.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    Hi There,

    To edit the slider you need to go to Revolution Slider, select agency slider and edit it, I just checked and there are no issues.

    I recommend you watching some YouTube videos to learn how to use Revolution Slider.

    Thanks Joao,

    I have tried this again. I have found that I need to let the ‘page unresponsive’ window appear and then select the ‘wait’ button. I have to do this five times and then I can access the slider to edit it. (Using Chrome)

    I have also tried this using I.E. now and, whilst I don’t get a ‘page unresponsive’message, I still have to wait around 10 seconds once the Rev. slider has opened before anything becomes ‘clickable’.

    I am not sure what you mean about let the page unresponsive.

    I was able to go to your Wp Admin Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Agency > Edit Slider.
