    Hi there,

    You need to make sure that you have the installed PHP cURL extension on your server and properly configured. You can ask your hosting provider to do this for you.

    If you’re still having any issues, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Could you please make a request for your hosting company with the following.

    - Update PHP version to v5.6.0 or above
    - Increase PHP max_execution_time to 300

    Also you can try adding the following lines into your wp-config.php file in the root of your WordPress installation.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add the above code, before the following lines:
    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!
