ncuestaParticipantHey Themeco peeps,
How’s it going?
I’m unable to validate X on a site. I’ve tried revoking and re-assigning multiple licenses to no effect.
It’s always giving the “This site URL is not a match for your API key.” error.
Can you help?
Will send further info in a private reply.
Thanks!

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Could you please provide us with your API key generated for the site to check your issue.
In the meantime, please check the following knowledge base article to apply some of the debug methods (https://community.theme.co/kb/connection-issues/). Also purge your site cache before proceeding.
Thanks!

ncuestaParticipantHuh? What API Key?
This is what I get on my licenses page once you made the update to license validation –
“Looking for API keys? We’ve removed these in favor of just using the purchase code directly. For new site validations, you can use your purchase code directly. Sites previously validated with an API key, will remain validated, but moving forward API keys will no longer be used” (see attached image)As for the debug methods, thanks but I’ve already gone through them previously. There are no error messages received of any sort.

RadModerator@Sunato, That screen is only available on the latest version, your X theme version is still old and the validation should be available on Admin > Addons > Product Validation
@NCuesta Please assign your key to agentfire3.com then validate it again. It’s a multi-site, and validation is only applicable to the root/main domain of multiple sites. Thanks!
