    Hi,

I’m unable to activate the license for my website. I also have the following error bar across my admin panel:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in …/wp-content/plugins/convertplug/admin/bsf-core/auto-update/admin-functions.php on line 993

    Please help

    Thank you

    Hi there,

The above error seems related with ConvertPlug plugin. Let’s disable this and try validating again.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version to at least PHP v5.6.0 or above, so that it should resolve your issue.

    Thanks!

I’ve had the host update as specified, but the error message is still appearing on the page and I am unable to validate my theme.

    Thank you.

The issue is not with Convertplug but possibly incorrect WordPress files and folders permission as you’re getting an Internal Server Error.

http://patriotreserves.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Please check if you have correct permissions setup (see https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/) and deactivate all third party plugins and customizations if you have any while we investigate.

    Thanks.

I also see this error: al error: Class ‘X_Update_API’ not found in …wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/addons/updates/class-plugin-updater.php on line 205

May this have something to do with it?

    #1213405

I de-activated every single plug in one by one, testing the activation each time. The problem was with Cornerstone apparently. Once I deactivated it the update and validation was successful.

    Thank you.
