geekgoddessParticipantLooked through the forum for a solution first, but everything was just you asking for login info so you could take a look.
I’m running the latest versions of everything – X Theme, Cornerstone, WordPress. I’ve already tried deactivating all plugins. Didn’t help. I checked my php error log, but it’s empty. I know the “not sufficient permissions” error can be a myriad of things, so I don’t know what to look for.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

RupokMemberHi there,
Sorry for the confusion. Envira Gallery Settings and Addons options are available only for the standalone version if you purchase separate license for that.
Hope this makes sense.

geekgoddessParticipantAhhhhh. OK. Makes sense – but I wish I knew that. Why in the world isn’t there a message stating that rather than giving a generic error message. That’s poorly written in the plugin (unless it’s because it was a custom version for Themeco???)
At least I know there are no errors …. thank you!
