After having re-assigned my license to a new server and entered my Envato purchase code in the license field, I get the dreaded “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.” message.

I have checked that the URL I have entered in the licensing, in General/Settings and that the site is actually run on is the same. What can I do to remedy this?

    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – License key

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

In the meantime, please contact your hosting and confirm the following.

    – Ensure your site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
    – Ensure PHP cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

Upon checking, I see that cURL PHP extension is not installed/enabled on your server. Could you please ask your hosting provider to configure this for you? so that the validation process will function correctly.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!

    Hi there,

I have re-installed your Cornerstone plugin and then I was able to validate.

    Thanks!
