    Hi Support Center,

    I am trying to verify my new purchase of Theme X, but every time I input the Licence Code I get this message

    Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

    I have gone through the other forums like this and have gone through the steps you guys have said but I keep running into the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info :

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase Code
