    I have read through precious threads about this in the forum. I keep having the same problem. Impossible to activate X in any way.
    Please help as I can not update any other Envato plug in and for example the 404 display does not work. This is urgent.

    We can only provide recommendation and answer if we’re able to check the issue.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Purchase Key

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    But according to the error, it couldn’t check it which means, it’s more related to connection.

    Thank you for the information provided. Your Cornerstone plugin was outdated which causes this issue. I have updated the plugin and then validated your site.
