    Hi,

    I just purchased X-them from themeforrest, but my licence will not validate.

    I have tried starting an account with theme.co and adding my site to the licence, still will not validate.

    Please contact me ASAP so this can be fixed.

    I have the Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid Issue too, However, all my purchases are showing in my account and I assigned the license to the site Im trying to validate it on.

    Hi @sugaroxo

    Let’s deactivate Cornerstone if you are using old one and then try validating again.

    If you still face issue then provide your credentials and purchase key in a private reply.

    Im using the plug in instead of the one that came with the X theme, it seems to be kinda buggy…..

    Hi @sugaroxo

    First of all, you should not hack another user’s thread to avoid such issue. We might need to share confidential information with you in private reply which you won’t be able to see if you hijack other user’s thread. You should open your own thread for help and clarify your issue properly.

    I have checked your site and I can see you are not even using X theme. So maybe you are facing issue with validating Cornerstone where the thread is about validating X and our suggestions was also about validating X (that’s why I asked you to deactivate Cornerstone). So it surely confusing.

    Let’s open your own thread and clarify your issue properly that what you are trying to validate and what you are facing. Provide your login credentials and purchase code in a separate private reply on your new thread.

    You don’t need to reply on this thread anymore because it will annoy the original poster.

    Hope this makes sense.
