delamanoporelmundoParticipantHi X team, I’ve been editing the http://delamanoporelmundo.org/ page without problem the last few days, and today after doing some changes, this error message appeared:
“Uh oh! An unidentifiable error is preventing the live preview from loading. Switching to Skeleton Mode.”
It seems to have occurred since updating WordPress a couple of days ago, but im not sure. It seems like many people have same issues and that make me feel worried…
Please i need your help, I wish to know how to make cornerstone work correctly again…
ThanksDecember 8, 2016 at 7:24 am #1286013

FriechModeratorHi There,
Did you update the Woocommerce as well? Please reinstall the Woocommerce, then make sure you clear all your caching plugin and caching feature your site might have.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

delamanoporelmundoParticipantI provided you all my login credentials already, so maybe you can take a closer look and go deeper? Please I need a solution.

delamanoporelmundoParticipantI keep having this issue, and it’s greatly interfering with site modification.
I have used the transient cleaner plugin but the problem still there.
I erased woocomerce and cleared all my cache, the message still there…
I can’t even save my pages or do something else.
I really need to finish this work, I invested lot of time and effort on it.December 8, 2016 at 8:38 pm #1286947
Rue NelModeratorHello There,
It looks like a 3rd party plugin is causing an issue. Could please deactivate W3 Total Cache first? I would love to deactivate it regretfully our access is very limited. Meanwhile, you could also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Please let us know how it goes.
