    I have a problem with my site today have just upgraded following successful upgrade on another one of my X themed sites to the same levels…

    only I am now getting above error on my site…

    I have disabled all plugins except Cornerstone and still have same error could someone take a look please!

    Apologies is rather urgent as site currently broken…

    Hi Alan,

    Please try to install and run Transient Cleaner (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/).

    1. Install Transient Cleaner
    2. Navigate Dashboard -> Tools -> Transients
    3. Set Clear Expired Transients -> Enable
    4. Select Run Now
    5. Set Remove All Transients -> Enable
    6. Set Remove All Transients -> Optimize Afterwards
    7. Select Run Now
    8. Recheck your Cornerstone for functionality

    Do let us know how this goes.

    I have done as suggested but still no luck.

    When hitting save as per screen grab I get

    There are currently 5 transients (7 records) in the database. 1 transient has expired.

    but still get same error from cornerstone.

    Hi There,

    Look for text with headlines and span like the following:
    <h5 class="mtn">Office 365</span></h5>
    Update to this:
    <h5 class="mtn"><span>Office 365</span></h5>
    Open <span> tag is missing. Look for other texts specially the content of block grid they are missing open span tags too.

    Save and the try again.Make sure to clear cache.

    Have made change as per suggestion in the two places I can find on home page in section 365desktop and section wordpress but unfortunately still getting error when trying to use cornerstone this effects all pages including ones without hardcoded

    even with a brand new page cornerstone hangs on startup with spinning cornerstone logo

    I see your site has been limited (see attachment). You will need to wait for this to clear or contact your hosting provider.

    Hi thanks for this have put a request into my hosting company for this can you clarify something for me..

    The Heartbeat Control plugin as suggested in the provided URL is untested with 4.6.1 of wordpress and am loathed to add another plugin seeing as this was all OK prior to update to 4.6.1 plus a couple of plugins yesterday all of which updated perfectly on my other site using X hence I mistakenly assumed all would/should be okay on this one.
