RadModeratorHi there,
Yes, we have different staff working on each turn. Depending on the order of the tickets. And we’re from the different part of the world. We don’t have same network and IP is dynamic. It will keep on changing.
Can I disable your WP Rocket plugin? It’s the main reason why it’s behaving differently in terms of CDN distribution. ut please backup your site first.
Thanks!

alohapoolsptyltdParticipantI’ve turned off the CDN part of WO Rocket plugin. Mind you this is a premium plugin and we are paying a monthly fee for our CDN if we turn this off temporarily to troubleshoot the issue then it’s fine but permanently will mean we have to cancel our subscription.
I switched off the CDN part only and still the problem persists. Deactivate WP Rocket to see if the site will right itself.
Go ahead you have my permission just don’t delete that plugin OK.

alohapoolsptyltdParticipantI can see you deactivate WP Plugin but the site still looks the same on my end. How about your end? Is it fixed? Can you send me a screenshot? Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
I kept the WP Rocket plugin disabled while I’m checking on it. It shouldn’t affect your site’s functionality, and that way, I could easily explain the issue
Here are the problems,
1. Stylesheet redirects to home page, accessing this URL https://www.alohapools.com.au/wp-content/themes/x/framework/css/dist/site/stacks/integrity-light.css to https://www.alohapools.com.au/
2. Javascript Issue pointing on top of the document
(index):6 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <3. Cross-origin issue (might not be related, but we’ll check it last).
Hence, I like to perform a clean test of your site without any plugin. And please do backup your site, or perhaps clone your site in a sub-folder where I could check it. Then, please provide the correct FTP login credentials, it’s currently pointing to an empty folder.
The first issue is related to redirection, it could be a plugin issue or hosting’s configuration issue.
Thanks!

alohapoolsptyltdParticipantIt’s taking you guys a long time to reply so I’ll have the boys from my CDN service provider have a look as well.

alohapoolsptyltdParticipantNever mind fixing the issue I spotted where the problem came from.
But thanks all the same. Please log out the site & FTP.

RadModeratorHi there,
Yes, I can confirm that the issue is due to your htaccess file, I uploaded the clean htaccess and your sites works again. I restored your original htaccess so you can check.
I guess the first step is removing the htaccess entries that are related to cache and WP Rocket. Then check your htaccess setting on by one. I could do that but it has https and some entries that may affect your live site if I removed them.
Thanks!

alohapoolsptyltdParticipantI edited the htaccess since I created it and the site is fixed. Thanks you may close this ticket. 🙂
