    I am unable to update X theme because it is telling me “X is not validated”. While it is. My license is pointing towards the site (www.commongrounding.com). I did have the site redesigned recently with a potentially new install of Xtheme and new wordpress admin/pw.. in case that matters.

    I’m using the latest wordpress version.

    Please advise.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Recently we have revised the validation process and you don’t need to generate an API key as earlier. Instead you can use the purchase key. Please review our validation process here (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/).
