    Hi.

    Platform: Samsung tablet, Windows 10/Chrome

    Problem – when you want to get to /about/ page on tablet, you tap one time – it shows submenu, and tap for the second time to get there. After loading ‘About’ page, submenu becomes visible with no reason. Problem doesn’t exist of Firefox browser, I haven’t tested yet on the other platforms.

    Is there any fix?

    I see. Could you give us the exact device model, OS and browser version? This does not happen on my tablet (old Samsung tab). If it is a fairly new device then it might have some new technology which is not yet supported.

    The situation is quite the opposite, tablet is old, full specs:

    Samsung Ativ Smart PC
    Windows 10 Home 1511
    Chrome 52.0.2743.116 m

    I have also checked Firefox and everything works great. Are you able to check menu behavior on some other tablets with Win10/Chrome configuration? Maybe the bug is device related, so there is no need to fix it.

    Hi there,

    Ah, it’s hybrid. Yes, there are too many issues with hybrid devices and we’re still investigating most of it. But there should be no problem with standard tablets. Smart PC shares the same specs of a tablet and a desktop, hence, the features are more likely messed up.
