    Hi team,

    I try to use Ubermenu for my footer .
    I want submenu always visible but I can not.
    Yet I have ticked the boxes that were to allow this.

    The sub menus are visible when the page loads . But closes on click.
    I wish that they can not close.

    Your help is welcome 🙂

    Thanks for writing in.

    I have logged in to your site but I am always redirected to /my-account whenever I try to access /wp-admin which stops me from checking your current settings.

    Kindly check the user access you have provided if it has the admin privileges so that we could check this further.

    Hi Simon,

    Upon on looking your website I am not sure what issue you are facing with Ubermenu on your footer.

    Please provide more details and if possible a screenshot of the issue.

    Hi Jao,

    Image 1, the footer is “perfect”.
    Image 2, i clicked outside the footer, it retracts.

    I want my footer as the image 1. That does not retract to click.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind clarifying on issue that the footer retracts when a menu item is clicked?

    I tried to do check it and I can’t seem to replicate the issue.

    Hi jade,

    No on the items.
    Please try to click outside of the footer.

    Also the scroll bar is duplicated since i instaled this footer .

    Issue only on firefox… 🙁

    Hi There,

    I Could replicate the issue and when hovering the footer it disappears on Firefox.

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Joao,

    All my third party plugins are unable. Problem still remains.
    I tryed to put the shortcode on the Footer Content. Problem still remains. 🙁

    Please add the following code to Appereance Customizer Custom CSS

}
