    Hi there,

    We purchased Ubermenu via Themeforest way before it was bundled with the Xtheme. As such we registered the product with Ubermenu. Now we seem to be unable to update Ubermenu and the option in the ‘Updates’ tab to backup our settings etc, seems to no longer be available.

    Within the Addons section of X ‘Ubermenu’ says that it is installed and active. Which seems to have been an automatic change, as X registered we already had Ubermenu installed. However I can’t find anyway to update Ubermenu, either to the bundled version or to the latest version via our licence. Especially as the option to backup our options seems unavailable.

    Could you please advise our best course of action?

    Hi there,

    Please remove the installed version and install again from X Addons menu.
