ChristianModeratorWe could investigate in your live site but please be aware of the risk that it might break because of testing. Also, we need to deactivate all your third party plugins, scripts and customizations while we investigate to ensure those doesn’t conflict.
It is a best practice to have a staging site.
Thanks.

Jason AParticipantThank you for your reply and I understand why we’re wanting to create the staging site, because I don’t want to risk the website going down.
So what are the steps to creating a staging site? I understand the part of finding an application to clone the website somewhere else, but after I clone it, where do I send it to?
Once I get it there, am I going to need another X license in order to install the Uber Menu Plugin?
Thank you Christian for your help.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
To create your own staging environment follow below mentioned link :
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Regarding your second question every X license allows you to register two sites, one for the live site and one for development.
So you can go to your licenses profile on themeco dashboard and assign your staging url as your development site and you will be able to validate your theme.
Hope this helps!

ChristianModeratorHey Jason,
I installed UberMenu and have imported the UberMenu settings from http://garrettandwalker.com/ to your staging site http://slamdunkdeals.com. Please setup or import your live content and menu over to your staging site so we could see the problem with UberMenu.
Thanks.
