Paul RModeratorHi,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

mckerchercorpParticipantSo there shouldn’t be any other issue regarding this?
I have read something regarding the conflict between X default hamburger menu and Uber menu.
I am checking with the plugins.

ChristianModeratorNo. There are lots of script errors in your site not related to X.
Thanks.

mckerchercorpParticipantSend me an example.
Where have you got them?

Paul RModeratorHi,
You can check the console.

I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

mckerchercorpParticipantHave checked the server configuration. It seems okay.
All the permissions for files and directories are fine.
Can you guys please help me out on this?
I am badly in need of fixing this issue.

mckerchercorpParticipantI have deactivated the plugin as the mobile menu toggle was not working!
If you want to check the issue, you can reactivate and check the menu on mobile.
Thanks.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
The menu expands correctly but its background is transparent.
Please add following code in Customize -> Custom -> Global CSS :
@media screen and (max-width: 959px){ .ubermenu-nav { background: #557700 !Important; } }Don’t forget to clear cache.
Hope it helps.

mckerchercorpParticipanthave you checked it on your phone?

but if I see that shrinking the browser it works.

ChristopherModeratorBefore we continue, please disable all plugins except those come with X to make sure there is no plugin conflict.
Thanks.
