    Hi,

    I’ve set up my typefont and enabled it via the Typekit plugin and it looks like it’s pulled in ok (refer to attachment), however it is not appearing in the customizer> typography>body and content body font section which the instructions is saying it should.

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks
    Sally

    Hi Chris,

    These are the instructions I followed originally. It all goes as per the instructions until I get to the very last bit being “Now if we load up the WordPress customizer and head to the Typography section, you’ll see that the Typekit font is now available for us to use:”

    …The typekit font isn’t actually showing up.

    Could there be a reason why it’s not showing up? It’s not showing up on my revolution slider options either…

    Hey there,

    I checked and the Typekit font is available (see attachment). Please check again. Also, please add the code below in your functions.php to make your child theme compatible with the new version of X.

    // Enqueue Parent Stylesheet
    // =============================================================================

    add_filter( 'x_enqueue_parent_stylesheet', '__return_true' );

    Hope that helps. 🙂

    Rookie mistake- sorry, was there all along!

    Thanks for the other info as well… I checked the function.php file in my child theme but the script you sent through is already there (I recently upgraded my child theme to the most recent). Let me know if you meant for it to be somewhere else…

    Also, do you know why the typekit isn’t showing up on my ‘slider revolution’ extension? I’m hoping it’s not me just missing it in the list again, but I’ve tripled checked…

    Thanks again for the help!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. Addon is a premium feature of Revolution Slider so you need to purchase separate license of Revolution Slider for this.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

    I’m following up this inquiry as I purchased the ‘premium’ license version of Revolution Slider as you advised so I could get my typekit font appearing on the slider but it still doesn’t seem to be reflecting my typekit font for the slider.

    Is this something you can help me with or do I need to bring up with the slider revolution people?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    It’s best to contact them for more accurate answer 🙂

    Though, if this is related to the theme and conflicts, then I can check it.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Revolution slider is recommending I add a different Typekit plugin which I’m reluctant to do as revolution slider and the typekit plugin I currently have are from your theme add-ons.
    Happy to add the other typekit plugin although don’t want to ‘screw up’ the current plugin.

    Are you able to quickly check if there are any conflicts / quick fixes from your end? If there’s no other way, I’ll try and add the other typekit plugin they’ve recommended.

    Thanks

    Hello There,

    You can deactivate the typekit plugin and use the one which was suggested by the creators of Slider revolution for better compatibility.

    Please let us know how it goes.
