I have recently upgraded to WP 4.7 and theme X 4.6.4 for http://www.ubugallery.com/
The dropdown menu and slider has stopped working now and I see the above error in firebug. I have already tried disabling all other plugins – but no use.

Hi,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Please note that – we have installed latest version of WP 4.7 – is your theme X 4.6.4 compatible with this version? Please confirm. Thanks

Hi There,

Yes, its compatible. Please activate the Cornerstone and Revolution Slider plugin. Delete the X – Shortcodes as this plugin is not necessary anymore.

And then clear your browser’s cache and any caching plugin that the site might have.

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! You might have been experiencing PHP memory limit exhaustion. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

Please validate your product, remove cornerstone folder from host files and visit X addons page to reinstall it automatically.
