funkcrushParticipantHey
Just yesterday, I was changing some minor details on my front website and I noticed two issues. I am not sure at what exact time they occurred but I know that just an hour before I have done X theme update to version 4.6. I am not sure if that’s coincidence or not but all I have done was to change the font size on left hand side in the bullet point section under ‘WHY LOX****’. I then reverted the changes but the issues still occurs.
Problem1.jpg – I have a revolution slider on the right hand side of that section but upon loading of the page it shows a standard cornerstone slider for the first 2s and then it changes back to revolution slider. I am unable to take a proper screenshot. I did not at any point added standard slider there. I tried deleting this section and re adding revolution slider but no luck.
Problem2.jpg – It seems like the bottom of the parallax photo is cut off at the top (you have to scroll all the way down). Upon checking the media library I noticed that the photo is 1500×636, which wasn’t the case before as I cut every single one to 1500×750. I then uploaded the 1500×750 version of that photo but it’s still cut off from the top.
Best Wishes

ChristianModeratorHey there,
1. I didn’t experience the issue you described with the slider.
2. I checked and changed your current image to the 1500 x 750 full image (see attachment). There is no regarding with image resizing.
Regarding the red background showing up, this is because of the relation of the section’s size with the parallax image background’s size. If your image is in landscape or width is greater than the height, the section’s height must be around one third smaller than the background image height. This is because of parallax feature’s calculation.
I’ve set all of your section’s padding to 0px and replaced the headline element with a Gap element with a size of 250px (1/3 the height of the image which is 750px – see attachment).
If you want to show a certain part of the image, you will need to play around with the values or use custom CSS. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/
Thanks.

funkcrushParticipantHey Chris
Thanks for all your help.
Regarding the first problem, that is really weird, I tried opening the website with Firefox and Chrome on various different computers at work and the result is always the same (problem3.jpg). It only lasts the first couple of seconds while the page is loading but it’s annoying, especially that this is the front website.
The red background is still there. While filling the template with content there was an empty space in that gap with size written on it and it was 1500×750. What’s even more weird is that if you go to any other section of the website the photo is fine and they are all same size – 1500×750. The problem only occurs on the front website.

JoaoModeratorHi Jack
I have placed your Slider Revolution Shortcode in a RAW ELEMENT instead of TEXT Element and the problem seems to be fixed.
I have deleted and recreated your section and the red background went away.
Hope that helps
Joao

funkcrushParticipantDear Joao
Thanks man! The red background issue is gone. The image window was bigger then the images on the other sub-sites because of the gap set to 250 so I removed that and put custom headline there like everywhere else, seems to work fine.
I am still having problems with the loading of rev slider though, it’s much better then it was, the purple resolution image is now appearing under the slider which makes it less visible but unfortunately it’s still there.
I managed to get a screenshot this time (file attached) while it’s loading but I have no idea how to delete this from the code 🙁 Any ideas?
Thanks for all the help so far!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I couldn’t find what was causing the issue, but I was able to fix it by adding a new section. Please check this page http://loxdale.co/?page_id=1232&cornerstone=1
You can export this page template and import it to your page.Hope it helps.
