Hi There

I recently made a gallery using Envira Gallery. I don’t have view thumbnails and navigation arrows selected and on the computer I don’t see thumbnails or navigation arrows (great!), however they do appear on my phone and iPad. How do I turn them off on devices?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Alan,

Please add the following CSS under Customizer > Custom > Global CSS:

@media (max-width: 979px){
    #envirabox-thumbs {
        display: none !important;
    }
}

Hi there

Yes. Thank you, that does work. I still need to remove the little round ‘next’ and ‘previous’ buttons that appear either side of the image. Is this possible?

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi There

If you view this image (got to ‘Works’ then ‘Time and Place: Recent Collage’) on your mobile the next /previous buttons are there as you can see. Only for the recent gallery, called ‘Time and Place: Recent Collage’. All the setting in Envira Gallery are all the same as the other galleries however. Weird.

Thanks again for your reply. Much appreciated. One last question relating to your last screen shot, do the small round next/previous buttons appear on the phone when it is held in landscape view (i.e. sideways)? because this screen shot is how it looks on my phone until I want to hold the phone sideways.

Hi There

I am still having an issue with this same gallery (called: ‘Time and Place: Recent Collage’) using Envira Gallery. It appears fine on the computer but has no details or black background when I view it on my iPhone and iPad.

Any advice for how I can get Envira Gallery’s device setting to work again?

Is it still the same issue? Would you mind providing a screenshot of what you’re currently getting?

And please provide your login credentials in private reply, checking that specific gallery is only possible y logging in.

What do you mean by device setting? Is it the provided CSS?
